Leah Oxendine offers quality personal training for both one-on-one and small group settings. You can opt to train at a facility (currently Too Your Health Spa 1 of Ocala) or in your home/at a nearby public park.

NOW AVAILABLE! Online training! You can now train with Leah in the comfort of your own home no matter where you live, whether it’s local, or across the world! Through FaceTime or Zoom you can now have quality health consultations and personal training for a very reasonable rate.

REMOTE/ONLINE TRAINING PACKAGES

How does remote/online training work? Glad you asked.

First, you’ll get a brief, complimentary FaceTime/Zoom evaluation in which we will assess your medical history, any current or preexisting conditions etc. along with your current goals, among other details pertaining to your fitness journey. From there, I will be putting together your customized program.

BASIC PACKAGE

$100 (per month)

Includes:

  • FIVE one-on-one remote 30 minute sessions
  • YOUR OWN CUSTOM PROGRAM for the month, which can also be modified monthly/weekly to fit your current needs!
  • Text/Phone support throughout the whole week! I always tell my clients that they are more than welcome to text me or call with any concerns or ANYTHING you may need help with! Is an exercise confusing you? You need anything at all, just let me know and I’ll do my best to help!

basic PACKAGE plus meal planning support

$120 (per month)

Includes:

  • FIVE one-on-one remote 30 minute sessions
  • YOUR OWN CUSTOM PROGRAM for the month, which can also be modified monthly/weekly to fit your current needs!
  • CUSTOM MEAL PLAN – designed around your caloric needs and lifestyle preferences, with your macros included!

BASIC PACKAGE (2X A WEEK)

$190 per month (SAVE $10!)

  • TEN one-on-one 30 minute sessions (two sessions a week)
  • YOUR OWN CUSTOM PROGRAM for the month, which can also be modified monthly/weekly to fit your current needs!
