Kick off the new year with a fitness class that ALL ages can participate in! Bring your kids (ages 8 and up) and build strength, endurance, flexibility and mobility through fun, science-based workouts. Coached by ISSA certified personal trainer/ ACE certified group fitness instructor Leah Oxendine Miller.
Workouts include strength training, calisthenics, agility training, and stamina conditioning, as well as stretching and balance. Parents and teens, feel free to jump in as well! There is no age limit to this fun, upbeat workout that will get you sweating in no time!
Don’t have time to go to a gym or workout on your own? Make it a family experience and work out at the park together!
FUNCTIONAL TRAINING BOOTCAMP!
|Up to 10 people per class, $5 a person.
Knock out a killer workout, in a non-intimidating group setting! In this engaging, fast-paced class, we’ll take you through cardio, strength training, flexibility and balance in just one hour! Circuit style workout may include calisthenics, resistance bands, and plyometrics. If you have knee or other joint problems, we can accommodate you and recommend alternative exercises so you still get the best workout possible.
